Since the PAS Team announced our four presenters and the schedule, we’ve fielded many questions. Here are the most frequently asked questions and the answers.
Will the PAS sessions be recorded?
Yes, the sessions will be recorded and available for a limited time once the videos are processed and available. Attendees are encouraged to take notes, ask questions, and engage with the presenters in the breakout rooms.
Are the sessions full classes?
No, these are not full classes. Each session is limited 2 hours 30 minutes plus a 30 minute question & answer period. The presenters will be demonstrating, answering questions, providing helpful tips and much more. The sessions will spark your imagination and creativity, of this we have no doubts.
Should we work alongside the presenters?
We recommend you listen, absorb, learn, and take notes during the sessions. After the PAS has ended, use these notes and presenter handouts to move forward with your own interpretations of the techniques you have seen during the sessions.
Will handouts be provided?
Yes, there will be handouts. Some of the handouts will include supplies lists, others will be pertinent notes and information.
When will the handouts be sent?
We will announce the schedule for distribution when we get closer to the event. We plan to have a password-protected area from which attendees download the files. To ensure you receive the email notification, make sure webmaster@polymerartsummit.com and newsletter@polymerartsummit.com are added to your email client’s address book.
How do ask questions during the sessions?
Since all attendees will be muted during the presentations, all questions should be asked in the Zoom Chat window. Our Tech Team facilitators will collect and organize these questions for the presenters. Some questions will be answered during the session, but most will be addressed during the question & answer sessions.
When will Zoom info be sent?
Login information for Zoom will be the day before the event. To ensure you receive the email notification, make sure webmaster@polymerartsummit.com and newsletter@polymerartsummit.com are added to your email client’s address book. Not familiar with Zoom? Check out our How Do You Zoom article.
